There are so many people around this globe that have a difficult time retaining things in their memories. There have been many studies done on how to improve a person’s memory and through those studies, many great products, tips and tricks have been developed to help a person remember things that they need to. Keep your social life active. It is proven that those with an active social life have a better memory. Talk to your friends and family, either in person or over the phone, because it will stimulate your brain. Having an active social life will slow your memory from fading.

Try to avoid food high in salt and saturated fats, including fast food. It has been scientifically proven that these foods can lead to carotid artery disease, which cuts off the brain’s oxygen supply. Losing oxygen prevents the part of the brain that holds memory from learning and obtaining information.
